Home - Social & Community Participation and Innov. Community Participation

We support participants to stay connected, enjoy their community, and build confidence through meaningful activities.

Our support workers can assist with:

  • Attending appointments and community events
  • Going shopping and running errands
  • Joining social, cultural, or recreational activities
  • Visiting friends and family
  • Attending church or other faith-based activities
  • Enjoying outdoor activities, picnics, or community outings

This service helps participants reduce isolation, improve independence, and take part in the things that matter most to them.
