Practical support to get into work, keep a job, or succeed at TAFE/uni
We help NDIS participants build the skills and supports they need to find employment, maintain meaningful work, or participate in higher education with confidence. Our approach is person‑centred, culturally safe, and grounded in real‑world outcomes.
Who this service is for
- People with an NDIS plan who want to find a job, return to work, keep their job, or study at TAFE/university.
- School leavers and young adults exploring work or further study (including SLES pathway).
- Participants who need practical assistance, coaching, or workplace/education adjustments to participate safely and independently.
We coordinate with families, carers, employers, DES providers, TAFE/uni disability services, and clinicians—so everyone is on the same page.

How it works
- Intake & goals – We meet to understand your goals, interests, strengths, and support needs.
- Plan & schedule – We co‑design a step‑by‑step plan with clear milestones (e.g., job trials, applications, enrolment dates).
- Skill building & supports – Regular sessions to build capability, set up adjustments, and practise new skills.
- Work/Study placement – Support to start, settle in, and build independence (we can attend first days if needed).
- Review & fade – Track progress and reduce support as you gain confidence; update goals as employment/study changes.
