At My Life My choice we understand that living in the Northern Territory often means that essential supports are not always close by. That’s why we provide Remote Service Delivery — making sure participants in rural and remote communities can still access high-quality services, no matter where they live.
What is Remote Service Delivery?
Remote Service Delivery means providing NDIS supports to participants without always being face-to-face. We use phone calls, video conferencing, and other online platforms to make services accessible, timely, and reliable.
This model helps reduce waiting times, cuts down on travel costs, and ensures participants can receive the support they need in their own community.
How It Works
- Technology-Based Support: Using phone, email, and video calls to stay connected.
- Culturally Responsive: Respecting and valuing cultural needs, including Indigenous ways of living and community engagement.
- Flexible Scheduling: Services can be arranged at times that suit you.
- Team Collaboration: We work closely with local providers and community networks to make sure support is consistent and meaningful.
When Face-to-Face is Needed
While remote delivery is effective, we also know that some services require us to be there in person. For these situations:
- Our staff travel to communities across the NT.
- We organise transport and accommodation when visiting remote areas.
- We provide hands-on support where technology alone is not enough.
Our Commitment
No matter where you are in the Northern Territory, we are committed to ensuring you have access to the services and supports you deserve. With Remote Service Delivery, distance should never be a barrier to living life your way.
